If you are interested in any of my kanzashi then you can buy them from my etsy shop.
I am available for custom work/commissions so please contact me via email email@example.com to discuss details.
All of my kanzashi are completed to the highest quality and I will never post one unless I am happy with the final results. I will give you regular updates and photos on your commission to reassure you that everything is going according to plan.
How can I order a custom kanzashi?
This is very simply and it all starts off with a simply email to firstname.lastname@example.org informing me of your ideas. Be has detailed as you like here!
Once I have received your email I will begin to design your kanzashi. I will email various designs for you to consider along with fabrics that I would like to use to create your design. At this stage you can alter anything you like and do not be shy. It is very important for me to know that you are happy with your design before anything else happens.
Also at this stage I will inform you of an estimated price.
Once we have agreed on design and materials, I will then inform you of the final price, how long it will take me to complete your order and postage options.
This will vary for each kanzashi I make but the general rule is the more intricate and larger the design the longer it will take to complete.
An maiko piece such as this one will take a minimum of 4 days because I have to allow for drying time.
Work in Progress
It is my habit to take work in progress photos of custom made kanzashi so I can document my work. As such you can request these photos!
Once the kanzashi is finished and passes my seal of approval, I will immediately send you a photo of the kanzashi for your approval.
Once you are happy with your kanzashi I will post your kanzashi as we agreed.
My preferred postal service provider is Royal Mail and UK postage and packaging range from £1.50 for smaller hairclips to £4.00 for larger kanzashi.
For international customers, postage and packaging will range from £3.80 to £8.00.
